I purchased a HP Pavilion laptop the hinge caved in on one side causing the screen to lift and screen to crack and I can't get in touch with a live rep, the virtual rep don't understand. Hp wants you to buy a smart customer assistant to help. This is crazy. Seems hp no longer cares about the customers. They only care about money.
Horrible company to say the least. I bought an HP Spectre 360 less than 2 months ago. The device is already facing display issues as there is a white dot on the screen. Facial recognition and fingerprint also stop working. They are telling me that I have to get the device fixed. I cannot wrap my head around the fact this is a new device and it already has to be fixed! On top of everything, they are telling me the warranty does not cover the screen damage. Please stay away from HP, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND.

I purchased a brand new desktop recently and found it only had just over a month to run on the warranty. I went through the website and filled out the warranty dispute but the attachments didn’t go through. I rang HP, sent them all the purchase documentation again in an email and it has been sorted within a week. HP support even rang me back – that’s service for you.
I’ve always found HP extremely helpful and HP’s Support Community is brilliant if you need help. I’ve always bought HP monitors and desktops, and will continue to do so.
I bought a scanner from HP for 10 years ago, and it doesnt work with windows 10, since HP does not support drivers for windows 10. I have written to them many times about this. It is not logic to throw away a scanner from HP that works fully ( no fault ) in the garbage just because HP doesn´t want to update their drivers. Without a proper driver, the scanner will not work. It works fine with other OS.
I couldn't have purchased in a more terrible ridiculous company HP. I bought a brand new computer in March 2021, the laptop came with many faults, and I started complaining since then.
HP sent me an email on 12/04/2021 - before 30 days -saying they were providing repairs and never fixed anything. After more than 30 days, my brand new computer keeping freezing the screen all the time, and I cannot stay without a computer because of my work. They do not assist and say I need to send my laptop to repair. It will take around ten or more working days.
OF COURSE, THIS IS A PATHETIC SOLUTION SINCE I CANNOT STAY A DAY WITHOUT A LAPTOP TO WORK - THE REASON I PURCHASED A NEW ONE IN THE HP STORE UK.
FIRST AND LAST TIME PURCHASING HP.

This is the worst experience I have had with a company, brought a laptop from them almost 2 months ago came with a cashback offer sent in all necessary details and got a email 3 days later saying if I don't supply the details within 2 days my claim would be cancelled, the day before I public holiday sent a email saying that it was already done but I resend it again ... Fast forward 2 Days later received a email saying that my claim has been accepted and will be in my account within 20 working days now on day 25 and received a not pleasant email saying that they have taken it from my accepted date and not my claim date which I find weird...
HP support is utterly dreadful. Soul destroying 'conversations' with a virtual agent with an unhelpfully limited number of preset Q&As, endless waits on the phone trying to talk to a human being. Avoid.
If I could select a negative star, it would be -10. Absolutely horrible experience with HP product & service. Bought a customized desktop for over $1k and it lasted 1 month. Even their service center locally said that they sent us a bad computer and needs to replace it. After waiting for service rep to call us back after a week, he stated he could not replace it because it was customized. Seems odd because he was looking at the items we customized. The rep tried to esculate our issue to his boss but no one was available! DO NOT, NOT, NOT, buy anything from HP. They need to be out of business if they can't stand behind there product. Their solution! Full refund and start over. How in the world with anyone with a brain think that we are going to buy another computer, let alone a pencil, from HP. Not in my lifetime. Back to Dell I go.
Excellent customer service twice. Problems with hdd on our Pavilion Touchscreen laptop. She did remote takeover and sorted it out. Other identical Pavilion had big hdd problems and it was picked up by DPD. Will give update if it takes longer than two weeks.
Update: laptop was repaired in one day and we received it back the next day! Email at 0659am confirming that they would analyse the problem, repair it and despatch it. At 17:25 the same day an email confirmed that they had repaired it and would despatch it and they did. Got it next day and they had installed a brand 1tb hdd drive! Under warranty and what a service. We are very impressed and have paid for one year longer service and repairs since we were impressed.
Sent me a printer with missing parts and refuse to help, basically said it was my problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If I was allowed to give a rate in minus I would be doing that, I have an HP printer which was purchased new I have had many issues with the printer spoken to customer service but they are not helpful instead of blaming the printer excuses were made it's my wifi but all my other devices are absolutely working fine, I have been told my case is open it's been more than 6 weeks and no attempt has been made to contact me.
I will also mention I was speaking to HP employers on what's app and when they can't help you they will not reply to the msgs I would not recommend HP to anyone very poor customer service.

It is a nightmare trying to get any kind of customer service from HP. Their online system sends you in an endless loop, but so does the phone service. I was shunted to five different departments in one visit; and incidentally, there is one spot where you are supposed to hit 1 and then enter your case number... except what happens when you hit 1 is that the whole menu repeats. If you hit 2 or 3, your other options, nothing at all happens And that is how I lost six hours of my life that I will never get back.

Price but DONT DO IT! My latest HP is garbage! They won't even fix a problem it's had from the get go because it's out of warranty couple days... five to be exact! I would have thought they would have made an exception when they know it has been screwed up from the beginning but apparently there is no customer service at HP. Once the sell is over you are on your own! No more HP for me! Cannot buy for someone he will not stand behind their product!

Their long-standing reputation. Boy, was I wrong. Stay away from HP. They sell refurbished products under the guise of 'new.'
